Lance Vance is the brother of Vic Vance and was introduced in "The Rise Of Crime" Season 2 Ep.2.
He served in the Vice City Army before he joins Cesar, along with his brother Vic, in the gang war against The Crips.
He fought along side his brother and friends in the Battle at the Factory, the base of The Crips, who they eventually manage to defeat, at the cost of many lives, including Ryder's.
In Season 2 Ep.5, he was killed in an ambush when trying to find and kill the leader from The Haitians: Rodriguez.
